CBD stands for cannabidiol, the main compound found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive.

THC stands for tetrahydrocannabinol. This compound is responsible for the psychoactive properties of cannabis.

According to Federal Law, CBD products must contain less than 0.3% THC. However, not all Toastyy products have THC in them.

CBD that is extracted from hemp and contains less than 0.3% THC is legal at the federal level with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill – however, the legality of CBD products can vary from state to state.

Toastyy’s CBD oil is made from CBD-rich hemp flowers grown on U.S. soil in Colorado and consists of hemp extract mixed with fractionated coconut oil (also known as MCT oil). It is free of pesticides, herbicides, and solvents.

Although the risk is low, individual biochemistry, the possibility of conversion of cannabinoids and the possibility of trace, but legal, amounts of THC inherent in hemp products — we strongly suggest consulting your health care provider before consuming any hemp products if you are subject to drug testing.

Yes! However, it is recommended to check with specific country and state laws before traveling. All TOASTYY products are made to be discrete and easy to store.

Consider the following questions:

  1. Where and how is the hemp grown and/or sourced?
  2. Is the oil full spectrum, broad spectrum, or isolate?
  3. What other ingredients are in the oil?
  4. Is it third-party tested? — This is a big one because it will provide ingredient and potency details.
  5. Lastly, feel free to check out reviews!

We currently ship across the USA and Canada.

We ship all orders via USPS – with insurance on each package.

International shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx and will include Duties & Taxes.

All orders ship within 2-3 business days. As soon as the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The 2-3 day projected ship time will start on the following Monday.
Once an order is placed, please review the order confirmation and email us within 1 hour for any updates.

When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery. You can access all of your order information on your Toastyy customer account dashboard.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Returns

  • All Toastyy items are final sale!
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your carrier is unable to deliver to your address, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pickup or delivery. If you think the package has been stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if the package cannot be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure the carrier will not make another attempt for delivery.

Our fulfillment team makes every effort to ensure the correct product is included in your order shipment. However, our fulfillment team are humans so mistakes can happen.

 

Please contact hello@gettingtoastyy.com as soon as your shipment arrives with your order number to notify us you received the incorrect product. Items must be unopened, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.

 

Please note!! We do not provide prepaid shipping labels unless an item is incorrect or damaged.

 

If there are multiple items in your order, we’d greatly appreciate it if you’d confirm the correct items received and the incorrect items received. We will ship you the replacement products ASAP and may ask you to return the incorrect product in a return package with a paid shipping label.

 

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our fulfillment center. Upon delivery of your order, please check all products carefully to ensure there has been no damage during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact hello@gettingtoastyy.com and provide a full description and photos of the damages for every product damaged during shipping. Replacement products will be shipped via USPS First Class within 2 business days
